How to Order

Creating Your Account and Ordering Online With Credit Card

  • You need to create an account before you can add items to your shopping cart. If you have already created an account with us, please log in. There is an option to send your password if needed.
  • It is important that you create your account with your student email address. Payment must be made with MasterCard, VISA, or Discover at the time of placing the online order.
  • You need to give us your valid contact information. After you log in, you will be able to enter in different shipping and payment information.
  • You'll receive your order number once you have completed the order.
  • All online orders are automatically processed to be shipped to you via UPS.
  • NOTE: If you are on a wait list for a class, we advise you not to purchase the book, as there is a restocking fee. Also, if you feel you may be able to test out of a class, have advanced standing or transfer credits for a class, we advise not purchasing the book for the same reason.

Using Financial Aid Vouchers/3rd Party Funding for Ordering Books (Distance Learners)

Third party vouchers or financial aid deferments cannot be used to process online orders at this time. If you would like to use a voucher and your books shipped to you, here are the steps:

  • If you want to obtain books with financial aid you will need to contact the Business Office. They will send you a form to fill out and return. When that form is completed and returned with a current class schedule, the bookstore will process and ship your order via UPS.
  • All online orders are automatically processed to be shipped to you via UPS.
  • You can request your books once the vouchers become available, generally about 2-3 weeks before the start of the semester, but you can verify the date by calling the Business Office at 608.822.2306 or 608.822.2320 or by checking our Facebook page.
  • A book voucher must be obtained every semester.
  • NOTE: If you are on a wait list for a class, we advise you not to purchase the book, as there is a restocking fee. Also, if you feel you may be able to test out of a class, have advanced standing or transfer credits for a class, we advise not purchasing the book for the same reason.
