Return Policy
Books
- Your receiptmust accompany all refunds and/or exchanges. No exceptions.
- Textbook returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless the course was cancelled.
- Refund period for books is within 5 business days of purchase date with proof of purchase. A restocking fee will still apply.
- Books purchased during new student orientation may be returned before the first day of the semester for a refund less the restocking fee with original receipt. An 80% refund less the restocking fee applies during first 10 days of the semester providing the books are in the same condition when purchased.
- Books purchased with cash or check: Refunds will be processed by check. This normally takes two weeks.
- Books purchased with credit or debit card: Refunds will be applied back to the card.
- Texts purchased as "new" that are marked in will be refunded at 50% of the new price. The restocking fee will also apply.
- All supplements and CD's that were sold with the book must accompany the return.
- Texts with publishing defects can be exchanged at the time it is discovered and with a receipt.
Bookstore Tip: Do not open shrink-wrapped books until you go to class.
