Shipping Orders

Due to COVID-19 all course resources will be shipped through our web ordering process.  We will not be offering in-store shopping or pickup for the Spring 2021 term. 

 

How do I order my course resources?

All book orders will need to be placed on the bookstore website. This can be done through your student portal using the “My Textbooks” link. NO pick-up option will be available. Orders must be shipped.

If a book says “Call for Availability” that means we do not have in inventory, please check back periodically. If the book is not available by 12.1.20 please call the Bookstore.

 

·         Out of Pocket Paid Students

o   Generate Book list through their student portal.

o   Enter Credit Card Information.

o   All orders will be shipped in real time as received/no pick-up


·         Financial Aid Students

o   Generate Book list through their student portal.

o   For your payment method, select “Financial Aid”.

o   Orders will be processed, but not shipped until 12.21.20.

 

·         Third Party Agency Funding Students (WIOA, CESA3, School Districts, etc.)

o   Generate Book list through their student portal.

o   For your payment method, select “Financial Aid” and enter your third-party agency in the “Order Comments” field.

o   All orders will be shipped/no pick-up

 

How do I track my shipment of course resources?

When you place an order at the Chargers Bookstore we process the order for fulfillment. When it is processed for Payment (Credit Card or Financial Aid) and entered into the UPS system, you will receive an email with the tracking information. If you choose o you can access UPS Tracking Website to see where your package is in transit. Please use this resource before calling the store to track your shipment.

 

What do I do if UPS Tracking shows my package was delivered and I did not receive it?

Contact UPS directly to file a report. The Claim Support Center will get the information and proceed with an investigation. UPS will not allow the Chargers Bookstore to initiate a claim on behalf of a customer. We will provide you with any information you may need to complete the process, but typically they will need the tracking number and the value of the shipment, the total cost of the order will be on the receipt you received when placing the order.
